Operator(s) must be 21+ and have a valid driver’s license in their possession.
After sunset, lights must be on. Respect neighbors and quiet hours.
No horseplay, racing, misuse, or off-road riding. Resort roadways only.
Max 4 people; all passengers seated while cart is in motion.
Return cart at the designated time.
Report malfunctions immediately.
Rule abuse forfeits rental privileges; no refunds for misuse returns.
No alcohol on the cart; driving under the influence ends rental immediately.
Violating any rules may cause immediate loss of rental privileges.
